Care
Each Oralua bag comes with a complimentary, high-quality branded dust bag, designed to protect and preserve your purchase for years to come. Saffiano leather is naturally scratch and water resistant, but you should still keep your bag away from harsh chemicals and prolonged moisture exposure. To clean, wipe the surface with a damp, lint-free cloth. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat, in the dust bag provided. Read our care guide for more.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery
The Innisfail is part of our limited Italian release — shipped exclusively within Europe this season. Free standard shipping is available on all EU orders, with duties and VAT included (DDP). Tracking numbers are issued automatically once your order ships.
Returns
You can return unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition with dust bags, tags, and packaging. Returns are free — a prepaid label is provided. See our full returns policy for details.
Packaging
Each Oralua piece arrives in a protective dust bag and signature gift box, made from recyclable materials. Our packaging is designed to be reused and to honour the considered craftsmanship of the piece inside.
