Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
As a general policy, items marked as final sale or purchased during promotional events are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the product is faulty.
Refunds and Exchanges
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. In certain cases, we may offer store credit or an exchange, subject to availability.
