Oralua is a small business designing leather bags and jewellery for customers across the European Union. Enquiries: info@oralua.com.au.
Product information
We aim to describe and depict our products accurately. Due to screen calibration, photography lighting, and the natural variation of leather, the colour, grain, and texture of the item you receive may differ slightly from what you see on screen. These variations are characteristic of full-grain leather and not defects. Product weights and dimensions are approximate.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors. Payment is due in full before dispatch.
Order acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation and dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order for stock unavailability, pricing or product information error, suspected fraud, inability to verify the delivery address, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full purchase price within 14 days.
Gift cards
Digital gift cards are issued in EUR for EU markets, delivered by email, and valid as stated at purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or combined in one order (maximum one gift card per order). Non-refundable except where required by law. We may cancel gift cards we reasonably suspect of fraudulent acquisition or use.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes:
- Your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law
- Our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law
Subject to the above, our total liability for any loss arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, pandemic restrictions, or significant carrier delays.
Intellectual property
All website content — text, images, logos, designs, photographs, product names — is owned by Oralua or used under licence and protected by EU and international intellectual property law. No reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without prior written permission.
User conduct
You agree not to use our site for unlawful purposes, introduce malicious code, scrape or systematically harvest content, or interfere with the security or operation of the site.
Governing law and jurisdiction (EU consumers)
These Terms are governed by the law of your country of habitual residence to the extent local consumer protection rules apply. As an EU consumer you may bring disputes before the courts of your country of residence or use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Changes
We may update these Terms. The latest version applies to orders placed after publication. Material changes are notified by email to subscribers or by site notice.
